NASA’s Cassini spacecraft has entered its “ring-grazing” period as it strategies the planet’s icy orbiters. As section of its mission, the craft has transmitted images of the rings at twice the resolution that individuals have even been able to obtain earlier (see comprehensive resolution photos right here). Facts as tiny as 550 meters, or a couple of hundred ft smaller sized than earth’s tallest creating, are visible in the photos.
