Discarded in the grounds of an deserted topic park, this mannequin graveyard is an eerie sight to behold. Distribute throughout wasteland and surrounded by woodland, the previous amusement park in Lancashire is exactly where dozens of previous mannequins – some courting again to the nineteen sixties – have uncovered their final resting place.

The photographer will not reveal the correct site of the deserted amusement park, but it is believed the photos ended up taken at Camelot around Chorley. The topic park shut its doorways in 2012, but the land has not yet been redeveloped and the grounds are nevertheless loaded with rusting rollercoasters and broken-down rides. A mixture of male and feminine figures also lie along the mud and grass, some with limbs missing and decay on the faces and fingers, giving them a sinister appear. 
Photographer Andre Govia, who took the haunting photos, instructed Daily Mail: “As I walked all around the grounds the lifeless rides and broken home windows gave a melancholy ambiance to a place that was after full of enjoyment and entertaining.”
