The organizers of the international competition of Mobile Photography Awards summed up 2016 and published over 100 mobile photos in 18 different categories.

The Mobile Photography Awards are pleased to announce Giles Clarke of New York as the winner of the Grand Prize 2016 MPA Photographer of the year, as chosen by members of the jury. The winner of the MPA Photo Essay is Velar Grant who will receive $500. The winners of each of our 18 photo categories, along with work from Giles Clarke and Velar Grant, will be on display for two months at the 6×6 Photography Centre in Cyprus beginning February 10th, 2017. Also to be featured in Cyprus is photographer Laurence Bouchard who racked up an incredible thirteen (13!) MPA Honorable Mentions.
