Development on the Guiyang historical town task in Hunan province commenced on Feb. 13, China News noted. The task was carried out with an financial commitment of 500 million RMB ($72.8 million). The cultural web site, occupying two,one hundred sixty mu (a hundred and forty four hectares) of land, characteristics pseudo-common architecture such as a Guiyang Confucius Temple, Kun Opera household, museums, historical phases and industrial streets.
