These extraordinary shots expose the translucent and electric powered-hued sea creatures that roam 1,200 metres (four,000ft) under the floor of the Earth’s seas. Photographers utilised expert camera equipment to capture the alien-like animals which have been noticed only a handful of moments. The animals had been located at depths of up to 1,200m (four,000ft) right before becoming photographed by Solvin Zankl, 45, of Kiel, Germany. I had a number of tanks of distinct dimensions on board. The greatest tank had a volume of 60 litres which I utilised for massive and motile animals for instance some squids and fish but I also brought smaller bowls for smaller creatures like some crustaceans.”
