To call the Ayam Cemani the world’s most unique rooster is an understatement. The black rooster is not just dim, but it’s fully black—down to its bones! Indigenous to Indonesia, these Goth fowls’ internal organs and muscle tissue are also inky-coloured. It is eggs, however, are a pleasant shade of product.
So, how does this come about?
