Approximately 23,000 bicycle walking bicycles were rounded off and taken to 16 temporary parking spaces in the city of Hangzhou in eastern China. Bicycles are selected because of disorderly parking, which is reported by local residents. Companies that separate bicycles reluctantly demand them, fearing a fine.

The authorities have no choice but to leave abandoned bicycles in empty parking spaces around the city, forming a dizzying view. Despite the softening of traffic jams and providing convenience for local residents, many faulty, broken bikes are left by riders and their owners.
