Scander Khlif is a 34-year-old Tunisian-German engineer and a modern street and documentary photographer who is currently based in Munich, Germany. Scander studied high-frequency technology and interface man-machine interface. Participated in the University. Friedrich-Alexander Erlangen-Nuremberg and received a master's degree in engineering.

Before he lived in 8 different cities, he grew up in Tunisia, where, like most local children, he spent most of the time wandering around the streets of his neighborhood. Today he still has deep relations with the streets and public areas, which he considers a theatrical scene, where everyone plays, plays and performs.
