The Australian artist James Tapscott was commissioned by the Japanese Art Festival in the Alps with a magnificent artwork, which he named "ARC ZERO - NIMBUS". Part of the art is a ring of fog that sits at the entrance to the Khotokizaki Kanonji, a local Buddhist temple, and surrounds a bridge that crosses a small river.

James explains that the form of the artistic setting "... is a cyclic journey of water, through all states, down the mountain and back in the form of a vaporized fog."
